Antwerp is a cultural hotspot in Belgium that is home to some magnificent pieces of art and plenty of stunning architecture. Known for its diamonds, there are actually plenty to see in Antwerp and so much fashion that shoppers will easily get swept away in the vibe of the city.
As one of the largest European ports there are plenty of goods that come in and out of the city and plenty of easy ways to get into the city including transportation options by water, air, road, and rail. Once you are in the city you also will find plenty of transportation options such as public transportation, bike, car, horse, and foot making it easy to navigate your way through the town centre.
Those who want to see the historical side of the city will want to head towards the heart of the city as there are many nostalgic places to see including churches, museums, and art galleries. At the end of the day, you can also take some time to relax in the cafes and restaurants that the city is known for and simple some of their top brewed local Belgian beers.
