Despite the fact that great wines are produced in most regions of France, it is the name Bordeaux more than any other that conjures up images of leafy lanes, men in striped jerseys on bicycles and miles upon miles of vineyards. Bordeaux is home to many wineries and vineyards, and the only way to truly appreciate the scale on which wine is produced here, as well as being the best way to sample the goods, is to take a wine tour. South of France
France is a vast, varied country with snow capped mountains and glorious beaches, it is also the second largest country in Europe and it takes some doing to see all of it.
